The Monterey Peninsula encompasses several cities and distinct unincorporated areas of Monterey County.

Each of these cities, often down to the neighborhood level, have different histories and personalities. As you consider a purchase on the Monterey Peninsula it is important to learn about each area, spend some time to tour and get to know the feel of our towns.

We love introducing clients to why we live here. When we take clients on a 'property tour' we do more than show them houses; we talk about the schools, the restaurants, the beaches, and the communities. And of course, we have coffee shops and lunch spots we love that we typically visit to talk about the homes we have seen, rather than returning to a conference room. The more time you spend in the community, the more confident you can be about your choice of where to look and live.

Below are links to the primary communities we serve: Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Monterey, and the Big Sur Coast. If you have questions about any of these, or our other communities, give us a call or drop us an email.
